Returns & Refunds

30-Day Returns

At MOKAKIT, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving your item.

Return Eligibility

You may open the package to inspect the product. For a change-of-mind return, the item should remain in good condition with all originally included parts and accessories. Items showing significant use, misuse, accidental damage or missing components may not qualify for a change-of-mind return.

Return Shipping

MOKAKIT covers return shipping for eligible returns. You will not be required to pay the return shipping cost for an approved return.

How to Contact Us

Please use our Contact page and include your order number and the reason for your request in the message. We will review your request and respond with the next steps. Please do not send a product to our business correspondence address unless we instruct you to do so.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us through the Contact page so we can review the issue and an appropriate remedy.

Refunds

After a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund outcome. Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method. We aim to process approved refunds within 5–10 business days after inspection; your bank or payment provider may need additional time to make funds available.

For a change-of-mind return, the original outbound shipping charge is generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law. For defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied items, applicable original shipping charges will also be refunded.

Exchanges

For a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us. We will review the request and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
